TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply when you shop at mybra.uk. The MyBra shop is run by Oscar Malmström, a sole trader registered in Sweden under company registration number 20040915-3376, Lindalsvägen 55A, 135 50 Tyresö, Sweden. Contact: kontakt@minbh.se.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you see is the price you pay, and nothing extra is added when your parcel arrives. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. You pay by card or by the other payment methods shown at the checkout. A contract of sale is formed once you have received your order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order where there is an obvious error in the price or in the stock level, and we tell you straight away if that happens.

BUNDLE PRICES AND DISCOUNT CODES

If you buy two or three bras, the bundle discount is taken off at the checkout as a discount code. The checkout accepts one discount code per order, so another discount code cannot be combined with a bundle price. A discount code from an advert, for example, can therefore only be used on an order without a bundle price.

DELIVERY

We process your order within 1 to 2 working days. It is sent from our supplier overseas with tracked delivery and normally arrives within 5 to 10 working days. There is more about delivery in our delivery policy.

RIGHT TO CANCEL, RETURNS AND FIT GUARANTEE

You have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, counted from the day you received the goods. On top of that legal right, and never in place of it, you can send back unworn and unwashed bras within 30 days. If the size is wrong we exchange it for another size within 30 days, even if the bra has been tried on. You pay the return postage, and we send the new size out with free delivery. See Returns and Refunds for the full terms.

FAULTY GOODS

Is the item damaged or faulty when it reaches you? Get in touch within a reasonable time, ideally with photos, and we send a new one or refund you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and you always keep those rights.

PERSONAL DATA AND DISPUTES

How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy. As a consumer in the United Kingdom you always keep the protection of UK consumer law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. If we cannot settle it between us, you can get free and independent advice from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
